Lenten Worship: During Lent, you are invited to join us on Wednesday evenings for a brief time of worship in Thorpe Chapel. Led by Peter Bynum , Jim Smith and Jennie Vance, these services follow a model of worship practiced by the monastic Taize community of France . The mood is contemplative and peaceful, with a simple liturgy of prayer, scripture and song. Services begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude prior to 6:00 p.m. We hope you will choose to be part of this special Lenten offering of praise to God.
Following the Wednesday Evening Lenten Service all are invited to join us for our Wednesday Evening Fellowship beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meal for March 10th is assorted fried chicken, mac and cheese, salad, rolls and dessert.
