Organized in 1878 the church continues to serve God with energy and enthusiasm in and beyond the Rocky Mount Community.

We are a congregation of New Hope Presbytery, affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA). We affirm Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
Attend a worship service
Sunday worship services begin at 11:00 a.m.
We have greeters at the entrances of our chapel and sancturary who will help you find the nursery, Church School classes for children, youth and adults, or other information. We also can arrange to have someone meet you and show you around.
Our services are traditional and
include traditional Presbyterian creeds; prayers of confession, intercession, and thanksgiving; anthems; and well-known hymns of the church. We have a childrens sermon halfway through each service.
Child care is available during the 11 a.m. worship service each Sunday

First Presbyterian Church of Rocky Mount, NC is located at the corner of West Thomas and North Church Streets in downtown Rocky Mount.
The primary church parking lot is located on the opposite corner of Thomas and Church Streets, directly accross from the front of the church. The parking lot may be entered from Church Street and from Thomas Street.
